Beverly D. Rowden, LMSW, began her journey as an assiduous advocate after her son, Dean, was diagnosed with autism at the age of four. As the President and Founder of Connected Autism Parent Support Foundation, Beverly's goal is to provide educational, financial, and social support to parents and caregivers of children and adults on the autism spectrum.

Beverly received her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Paul Quinn College and her master's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.  Beverly is a native Arkansan who has resided in Dallas, Texas, for over thirty years.

Kesha Calvin, who grew up in Conway, Arkansas, serves as Secretary on the Connected Autism Parent Support Foundation board. Kesha obtained her bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. She also obtained a Community Health Certification from the University of Texas at Tyler. After graduating college, she worked at Conway Human Development Center as a recreational leader for Individuals with disabilities.

Upon relocating, Kesha accepted the position of Surveyor with the State of Texas where she gained experience interpreting laws and rules governing abuse and neglect for persons with complex and diverse types of disabilities. She also learned about program compliance standards and implementation of Medicaid laws and regulations. In addition to her passion for the disability community, Kesha is also a strong advocate of domestic violence.

Kesha's goal is to teach, advocate, and assist vulnerable populations, as she believes her educational background, career knowledge and experiences have all played a part in shaping and molding her into the zealous and fervent advocate that she has become.
